Background Imoni-Ogbe Kingsley is a dedicated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in laboratory and computer technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Solid State Physics, with a Ph.D. in progress at Delta State University, Abraka. With a strong background in computer maintenance, repairs, and IT support, he has demonstrated expertise in system troubleshooting, networking, and software debugging. His professional career spans several years in academia, where he currently serves as a Chief Laboratory Technologist at the University of Delta, Agbor. His previous roles include leadership positions in ICT and technical services at the former College of Education, Agbor, where he contributed significantly to computer-based testing (CBT) and IT infrastructure. His career also features industrial experience in electronics and computing, alongside impactful research in physics. Beyond technical expertise, Kingsley is recognized for his leadership skills, having served as the Attorney General/Minister of Justice in the Delta State University Students’ Union Government. His commitment to community service is reflected in his long-standing membership in Rotary International. A recipient of multiple awards, including a Federal Scholarship for Academic Excellence, he has also authored a book on youth development in the Niger Delta.
